Rules on free delivery in Lithuania:

  1. Free delivery conditions:
    • Free delivery applies to all orders with a total amount of at least EUR 500.
    • Free delivery is only valid for orders delivered within Lithuania.
  2. Delivery time:
    • Delivery in Lithuania usually takes between 2 and 3 working days.
    • Adverse weather conditions, peak seasons or other external factors may result in longer delivery times.
  3. Methods of delivery:
    • For orders with free delivery, we use the reliable logistics partners of our choice.
    • Goods can be delivered either to homes or post offices, depending on the customer's choice and availability.
  4. Other conditions:
    • Free delivery is not valid if the order is subject to discounts, promotions or sales, unless otherwise stated.
    • The website administration reserves the right to change the delivery conditions without prior notice, but changes will not apply to orders already placed.

Rules for returning goods

  1. Return period for goods The consumer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, regardless of the reason.
  2. Condition of the returned goods The product must be returned in its original packaging, in good condition (labels intact, unused, clean and undamaged). The returned goods must not have been used, except to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods.
  3. Returns process To return an item, you must fill in the returns form on our website or contact us by email: info@liepsnele.com. The completed form or email must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  4. Cost of returning goods If the returned product meets all the requirements, the consumer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the product, excluding delivery costs. The cost of return postage will be borne by the buyer, unless the goods received have been damaged or defective.
  5. Conditions for returning goods These return rules do not apply to goods that have been made to order, or to goods that are classified as perishable or categories of goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.
  6. Refund of money The money for the returned goods will be refunded to the account specified by the customer within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.
  7. Quality guarantee and defective goods If the goods received are faulty or do not correspond to your order, we undertake to replace them with a suitable one or refund your money without any additional conditions. The cost of returning the defective goods is borne by us.
